Now that we have talked about just how bad Chrysler is actually doing, let’s go ahead and talk about some of the things that you can take advantage of as a buyer.

Well, I can tell you that you can actually get 0% financing right now on most models as well as $1,000 to $1,500 cash back as an incentive to buy. This is honestly available on many, many different models out there.

Another thing that they are offering up right now is lease incentives of $500 – $1,000 on minivan leases and financing deals on any 2008 Dodge Vipers – which is pretty cool huh? Who cares if the car is two years old!

Oh Chrysler, how good you used to be. Do you all remember when Chrysler was actually on top and they were doing incredible? Well, now it is a buyers market and if you are in the market for a brand new car, you might want to stop into a Chrysler dealership – if you can find one mind you.

They are actually cranking up their incentives before the holiday. The reason? The sales are down about 38% over last year. That is something to be scared of when the year is almost over and there is really no way that you can recover from something like that.

Basically – it’s a good chance for you to get the car of your dreams, as long as you get a Chrysler though! More in the next blog about the incentives.

It was revealed at the SEMA show for 2009.

A group of car lovers and enthusiasts are responsible for developing and designing this innovative, incredibly unique project, coined the Local Motors Rally Fighter. It is an off road desert racer, initially designed by a student attending the Art Center, located in Pasadena, CA. You definitely have to give Sangho Kim some props and points for extreme originality.

The design was actually chosen after a competition, after which an open development process occurred, leading quite a few members of Local Motors to participate.

As yet, the Rally Fighter lacks any sort of interior, but that’s all right, because its innovative exterior — carbon fibers, thermoplastic, so lightweight it weighs only thirty one hundred pounds — more than makes up for it.

It sounds kind of like a bad bout of baby talk, but apparently it is a much anticipated car — a “one lakh,” at that. The anticipation came mainly from the New Delhi Auto Expo. It is being touted as a car for the people, and that is understandable because, in dollars, it goes for about twenty five hundred — though, granted, that comes out to one hundred thousand rupees.

Its Standard version is red; its Luxury version is yellow. The engine is in the rear, it has four doors, and it has 624 cc, as well. It is made for a family of four and claims that it has plenty of space in the interior, even though it looks pretty compact from the outside.

When you think about it – UAW is a union that really takes care of their employees and since they have been in negotiations with Ford – their contract details have really been kept under lock and key. Not anymore folks! Finally, their contract details are leaking out slowly but surely and they are good for both parties involved. They actually have come up with a tentative contract for them to look at.

UAW actually agreed to freeze the wages of entry level workers that are making $14.00 per hour until the agreement ends in 2011 and UAW also lifted the cap that limits the amount of low-cost workers in the plants until 2015. When those jobs are limited to 20% of the workforce in the past; however, it will still all be in order to seniority. The union has also limited the amount of jobs that are classified as skilled trade and submit the 2007 contract into a binding arbitration when the contract expires in 2011.

I think that the contract actually is going to be a give a little take a little type of contract and that works best!
